- 2 oz of E11EVEN Vodka
- 1 oz of Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 oz of Agave Nectar
- 6 Grapes – Green and/or Purple
In shaker, muddle 6 grapes, add agave, citrus, and E11EVEN Vodka. Hard shake and dirty dump into a rocks glass. Garnish with grapes through a skewer
Luau Libre by Hayden Miller Bodega Taqueria y Tequila
- 1.5oz Gem & Bolt Mezcal
- .35oz Chinola Passionfruit Liqueur
- .75oz Agave Syrup
- .75oz Fresh Lime
- 2d Tiki Bitter
Directions: Combine all liquid ingredients in shaker tin. Add ice. Shake roughly 20 seconds to fully combine ingredients. Strain shaken ingredients over fresh ice in rocks glass. Garnish with lime wheel.
Citrus Bomb Gin & Tonic by Naren Young at Sweet Liberty
- 1.5 oz. Fords
- ¼ oz. Italicus
- Barspoon Suze
- Barspoon grapefruit oleo saccharum
- Barspoon lemon juice
- 1 dash lemon bitters
Directions: Fill Wine glass with ice, then add all ingredients. Top with Q tonic and stir. Garnish with 1 lemon wheel, 1 lime wheel and 1 orange wheel
Marrakesh Garden at Byblos Miami
- 2oz. Rum
- 1oz. Lime
- 1oz. Cucumber Juice
- 1oz. Mint Syrup
Directions: Combine ingredients in a long glass. Add ice and garnish with nigella seeds.
A Head of Lettuce at Warren Delray
- 2oz Wheatley Vodka
- 1oz Fresh Pressed Citrus Juice
- 1oz Cane Syrup
- 1 leaf Romaine Lettuce
- Bar spoon Olive Oil
Directions: Combine all ingredients into a shaker tin, shake for 10 seconds, double strain and serve in a chilled coup. Garnish with salt & pepper and chili oil
Hornitos Tequila Zarza
- 2 parts Hornitos Reposado Tequila
- 1-part Simple Syrup
- 1-part Fresh Lemon Juice
- Float: DeKuyper Creme de Cassis Liqueur
Combine all ingredients, excluding liqueur. Shake well. Strain and serve over crushed ice in a rocks glass. Float liqueur on top. Garnish with fresh blackberries.
