Wheel of Fortune has seen its fair share of interesting and unique characters throughout its 39 seasons, but the latest contestant had Twitter divided.

Tuesday, January 11ths episode of Wheel welcomed a very energized character named Heidi.

While some people on Twitter were really vibing with her energy, others made it clear that she was entirely too much.

“Yo this lady has to calm down just a bit,” one user tweeted.

Others were impressed with Heidi, adding: “Heidi’s reaction was THE BEST,” with another noting: “I need Heidi’s energy. Loved it.”

But most people were just over it.

“Get Heidi off my screen, please,” one fan wrote

“And Heidi’s awkward celebration after solving the bonus puzzle was the icing on the cake. Completely wacky episode of #WheelOfFortune,” one user summarized.

Some fans couldn’t help but chuckle at how host Pat Sajak seemed to poke fun of Heidi’s excitement about winning, before just walking in the complete opposite direction.

“Pat’s like get me off the stage lol,” another noted

Yet another commented: “Bahahahahhahahaha Pat Sajak killing me with the walk off like good riddance”

Another user even took issue with a second contestant named Damon, who wanted to solve the puzzle but seemed a bit miffed when he missed his opportunity.

“Only thing worse than Damon’s performance on Wheel of Fortune tonight was his behavior. Very disappointed in his actions and buzzer etiquette. #WheelOfFortune Heidi was an absolute nut tho,” he wrote

But others thought his expression was absolutely hilarious: “Damon had me cackling with his reaction to knowing the answer and it not being his turn.”

No one was spared from Twitter’s wrath as the third contestant offered up the answer “lite-breaking news” instead of “late-breaking news,” and people couldn’t handle the flub.

And all three contestants were called out for not knowing the song lyric to Elton John’s “Tiny Dancer.”

However, Heidi seemed to get the last laugh as she took home upwards of $50,000!

All in all, one user summarized it as the “worst episode of Wheel of Fortune.”

Pat Sajak Blasted on Twitter for ‘Belittling’ Contestant for ‘Pointless Story’ on Wheel of Fortune

Pat Sajak

Fans of Wheel of Fortune were not impressed with Pat Sajak after March 9th’s episode.

During the contestant intros, Scott told a touching story about his toe getting cut off while he was a child.

He explained that he told the story all these years later in order to thank the paramedics for their help.

However, the longtime host didn’t seem too impressed and noted that it was the “most pointless story” ever told.

Naturally, Twitter lit up with fans who thought the comment was rude and belittling.

“When did #Patsajak get so cold-blooded? 😁😁” one contestant asked.

Another fan noted: “#WheelOfFortune Sometimes Pat says really mean things to contestants, but this was the worst. A man thanking paramedics for giving him his big toe back, an important toe for balance, is not a pointless story. It’s touching that he still feels gratitude for them and took the time.”

Another exclaimed: “Pointless story??!! Really??!! I hope the paramedics remembered and saw this!! #wheeloffortune

Yet another fan pointed out that Sajak recently took to his personal Twitter to encourage the audience to be nice and more understanding to contestants after a firestorm of tweets broke out when one contestant attempted to solve a puzzle several times.

So @patsajak got on his @WheelofFortune high horse a week ago & lectured everyone to be nice to contestants who couldn’t solve an easy puzzle, but tonight he had no problem belittling and insulting a contestant who told their intro story. Scott needs an apology. #WheelOfFortune”

There were a handful of fans who thought the comment was all in good fun.
